“Muqeem” is an online service for Saudi Arabia residents that allows organizations to review their employees' residency and visa data and complete their transactions online, anytime and anywhere. ZenHR’s integration with Muqeen makes the residency renewal process in Saudi Arabia more consolidated and smoother than ever before while obtaining the precise data needed to complete the visa registration process.

ZenHR’s native integration with Muqeem allows you to:

Activating the Muqeem Integration on ZenHR:

  • Click your user icon in the upper right corner and go to System Preferences > Integration Setup > Financial Integrations > Muqeem Setup.
  • Once you’re on the Muqeem Setup page, click the “Activate” button.

Follow the steps on the right side of the page:

  • Step 1: Enter your Username and Password.
  • Step 2: Then click “Activate”.

That’s it; your Muqeem integration will now be complete! You can find the subscription details on your Muqeem setup page.

To Update Muqeem Credentials:

  • Once the integration is activated,  on your Muqeem setup page, click “Update Muqeem Credentials”.
  • Add the updated credentials on the side of the page.
  • Then click “Link Using New Credentials”.

Using the Muqeem Integration:

Now that you’ve successfully integrated Muqeem with your ZenHR account, you can now  perform the following actions:

  • Issue an Iqama
  • Renew an Iqama
  • Transfer an Iqama
  • Issue an Exit/Re-Entry Visa
  • Cancel an Exit/Re-Entry Visa
  • Extend an Exit/Re-Entry Visa
  • Reprint an Exit/Re-Entry Visa
  • Issue a Final Exit Visa
  • Cancel a Final Exit Visa
  • Extend the Validity of a Passport
  • Renew a Passport

If no Iqamas have been added, you can Add an Existing Iqama, Issue an Iqama, or Import Iqamas.

To Add, Issue, or Import Iqamas, follow these steps:

  • On the left side of the page, go to Main Menu > Employees > Employee Affairs > Muqeem Management.  
  • To Add an existing Iqama, click “Add an Existing Iqama”.
  • To Issue an Iqama, click “Issue an Iqama”.
  • To Import an Iqama, click “Import Iqamas”.

  • Then complete the required fields and click “Add”.

Once an Iqama has been added, issued, or imported, you can view the Iqama details on the data table in the Iqamas tab.

Any action taken will be recorded on the data table on the Muqeem Management page. You can find the Muqeem Action Type, Status, and additional details under each tab; Iqamas tab, Exit Re-Entry Visa tab, Final Exit Visas tab, and Passport tab.

Note: Once the Muqeem status is “Completed”, the Iqama record cannot be edited.

This is the default tab you’ll see once the page is opened. The actions that can be done on this tab are as follows:

  • Issue, renew, and transfer Iqamas & add Existing Iqamas
  • Issue, cancel, extend, and reprint Exit Re-Entry Visas.

  • Extend and renew Passports.

  • Click the “Exit Re-Entry Visa” tab.

An Iqamas section has been added to the Report Builder so you can add any Iqama-related data to customized reports.

  • On the left side of the page, go to Main Menu > Reports > General Reports > Customized Reports Generator > Report Builder.
