  1. Acceptance of Terms:
    By accessing or using the ZenHR software ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Service.

  2. Description of Service:
    ZenHR is a cloud-based human resources management software designed for businesses. The Service includes various HR-related features, including attendance and time tracking, onboarding and offboarding, employee data management, recruitment, payroll, reporting tools, and more.

  3. Account Registration:
    In order to access the Service, you must have a ZenHR account. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. Any actions taken under your account are your responsibility.

  4. Payment and Subscription:
    Using certain features or access to the Service requires payment of subscription fees. Subscription fees and billing terms will be outlined in separate agreements. We may offer free trials of the Service for a limited period.

  5. Privacy and Data Security:
    By using our Service, you consent to our Privacy Policy. At ZenHR, we prioritize security and privacy as fundamental principles that shape our actions. To empower our customers in elevating their security and compliance standards, our foremost commitment is establishing the highest security levels for our systems and processes.   6. User Responsibilities:

    1. Compliance:
      You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.

    2. Content:
      You are solely responsible for the content you upload, post, or share through the Service. You agree not to upload or share any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or infringing on the rights of others.

  7. Termination:
    The customer may terminate the Service Agreement at any time and for any reason by submitting a request to close their ZenHR account. Upon termination, no refunds or reimbursements shall be provided under any circumstances. The customer acknowledges and agrees that upon termination of the ZenHR account, ZenHR may permanently delete the account and all associated data, including, but not limited to, any HR information. ZenHR reserves the right to terminate this Agreement in the event of the customer’s non-compliance with the terms and conditions herein. Such termination shall be preceded by a notice sent to the customer specifying the reason for termination.

  8. Changes to Terms:
    We may update these Terms occasionally. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

  10. Responsibility Disclaimer:
    ZenHR is committed to providing a user-friendly and secure HR management platform. However, it's important to note that we cannot be held responsible for unintentional system misuse by our users. Additionally, we continuously work to enhance the user interface and implement safeguards to reduce the likelihood of intentional and unintentional misuse. Nevertheless, users are ultimately responsible for their actions within the system, and we encourage them to exercise caution and utilize available resources to prevent unintended errors or misconfigurations.

  11. Governing Law:
    These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country specified in the Agreement between the parties. The specified country’s competent authority shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms.
