ZenHR’s Native Integration with ZenATS

ZenATS is an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that allows you to manage and track your recruitment and hiring activities to help you stay on track, even when you have thousands of applicants coming in from different sources. ZenATS natively integrates with ZenHR’s HRMS so you can seamlessly send your hired candidates to be onboarded on ZenHR. You can also send your vacancy activation requests from ZenHR to ZenATS to be activated.

ZenHR’s native integration with ZenATS allows you to:

Activating the ZenATS Integration on ZenHR:

  • On your ZenATS account, click your user icon in the upper right corner and go to System Preferences > Connected Application.
  • Then go to ZenHR’s integration section.
  • Click “Connect to ZenHR”.

Follow the steps on the popup that appears:

  • Step 1: Log in to your ZenHR account.
  • Step 2: Select a ZenATS branch to match the ZenHR branch or duplicate the branch from ZenHR to ZenATS by clicking “Duplicate [branch name]”.
  • Step 3: Then click “Next”.
  • Step 4: Select a ZenATS department to match the ZenHR department or duplicate the branch from ZenHR to ZenATS by clicking “Duplicate [department name]”.
  • Step 5: Then click “Finish”.

That’s it; your ZenATS integration will now be complete!

Using the ZenATS Integration:

Now that you’ve successfully integrated ZenATS with your ZenHR account, you can now request to create vacancies directly from ZenHRand onboard hired candidates from ZenATS.

To request creating vacancies from ZenHR, follow these steps:

  • Click your user icon in the upper right corner and go to System Preferences > Organizational Setup > Positions.

  • On this page, click “Create Vacancy on ZenATS'' beside the desired position or click the “Add” button to add a new position you’d like to create a vacancy for.
  • Enter a Title, Department, Number of hires, and Job description.
  • Then click “Create”.

To request creating vacancies from ZenHR while offboarding an employee:

  • While offboarding an employee, you can request to create a vacancy to replace the departing employee by clicking the “Create” button.
  • The job description will be automatically filled based on the departing employee’s job description.
  • Make any edits to the filled job description, if necessary.
  • Then click “Create”.

To onboard hired candidates from ZenATS on ZenHR, follow these steps:

  • On the left side of the page, go to Main Menu > Employees > Employee Affairs > Pending Employees.

  • Click on the button “Take Action'' beside the new hire you’d like to onboard.

  • On the Onboarding Pending Employee tab, review the Employee Info and click the button “Next Step”.

  • Enter the onboarding details of the new employee in the following steps, including User Info, Personal Info, Professional Info, and Salary Package.
  • Then click “Create”.
